Welcome to NutzyCraft! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NutzyCraft platform, operated by Nutzycraft Pvt Ltd in Sri Lanka.

By registering an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. The NutzyCraft Platform

NutzyCraft operates as a digital services provider. Clients contract directly with Nutzycraft Pvt Ltd to procure digital services. We fulfill these projects utilizing our internal network of vetted professionals and subcontractors. The legal contract for all services rendered on the platform is strictly between the Client and Nutzycraft Pvt Ltd.


2. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Users may not create duplicate accounts or use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities.

3. Project Contracts & Milestones

  • Agreements: When a Client accepts a project proposal on our platform, a binding contract is formed directly between the Client and Nutzycraft Pvt Ltd.
  • Milestones: Clients must fund project milestones as advance payments to Nutzycraft Pvt Ltd prior to the commencement of work.
  • Delivery & Approval: NutzyCraft is responsible for the delivery of the completed work. Clients must review submissions and either approve or request revisions in a timely manner.

4. Payments and Fees

  • Currency: All transactions on the platform are processed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
  • Payment Processor: Payments are processed securely via our authorized partner, PayHere. By initiating a payment, you agree to PayHere's terms of service.
  • Project Fees: Clients pay Nutzycraft Pvt Ltd the total agreed-upon milestone or project price.
  • Circumvention: Users are strictly prohibited from soliciting subcontractors for direct work outside of the NutzyCraft platform.

5. Disputes

In the event of a disagreement regarding a project or milestone, users must utilize the platform's Dispute Resolution center. NutzyCraft administration will review the platform communications and shared files to issue a final, binding decision on the allocation of funds.


6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between the Client and the Freelancer, all intellectual property rights for the completed and fully paid work are transferred to the Client upon the release of the milestone funds.


7. Limitation of Liability

Nutzycraft Pvt Ltd provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, the conduct of other users, or the quality of the services provided by Freelancers.


8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.


9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or platform notification.
